Serene Sanctuary

I received a digital voucher for Serene Sanctuary as a gift and booked an appointment with Amanda via email, providing the voucher code at the time of booking. I had a hot stone massage, which was nice and relaxing. Unfortunately the experience was ruined in the final five minutes as Amanda insisted she required a paper copy of the voucher. I explained that I had sent her the code already, and that although I had the email to hand, I had left my paper copy at home (this paper version was just a printed screenshot of the email). She asked if I would ever try to go into Waitrose and pay with a voucher that didn’t exist, she said I may reuse the voucher and that she could not trust me or anyone. Amanda asked me to drive home and return with the printed copy to put it through her letterbox. In the end I didn’t do this as it was a waste of time and petrol - if I had planned to reuse it I could simply print it off again. I can only hope that Amanda improves her record-keeping systems to prevent vouchers from being used multiple times in the future. Falls Papierversionen der Gutscheine unbedingt erforderlich sind, könnte dies den Kunden vielleicht vor ihrem Termin mitgeteilt werden.

Was für ein kleines Juwel inmitten dieser wunderschönen Landschaft! Ich hatte das Glück, einen Massagetermin bei Amanda zu bekommen. Es war herrlich! Ich fühlte mich danach wie neugeboren. Schon beim Betreten ihres wunderschönen Spas fühlte ich mich willkommen und entspannt. Vielen Dank!

Serene Sanctuary ist ein echter Geheimtipp – eine wirklich hochwertige Anlage inmitten wunderschöner Landschaft. Sie ist super bequem zu erreichen und hat keine Parkplatzprobleme! Amanda ist nicht nur hervorragend in dem, was sie tut, sondern es ist auch eine Freude, sich währenddessen mit ihr zu unterhalten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schönes Spa mit erfahrenen Therapeuten und einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Alle Behandlungen werden auf hohem Niveau durchgeführt. Sicher und unter Einhaltung aller Regeln. Sehr empfehlenswert. Amanda ist fantastisch und ich gehe immer entspannt und glücklich nach Hause.

Wow wow wow! Have just got home after the most amazing treatment. Half hour in the outdoor hot tub with only the nearby sheep for company, followed by an hour-long full body massage and an hour-long REN facial and now I am blissfully relaxed and feel like I'm floating 😂. Amanda is wonderful and truly has the magic touch. I just melted into the massage bed and felt totally at ease. It was so nice to be the only one there in such a private and peaceful setting, you feel really well looked after. All the facilities are pristine and all the products Amanda uses smelt divine and didn't irritate my very sensitive skin in the slightest. Thank you for a much needed de-stress, I'll definitely be back again!xx
